Opening Credits: Ray Manczarek is a blind man |
A blind man walks down the street |
He reaches into his pocket and in the process a five dollar bill falls out and onto the street. |
| A wino awakens from a drunken slumber and starts his day with a drink |
He stumbles out of the alley and finds the five dollar bill |
He then decides to go downtown to spend his newly found fortune |
| He has to make a decision. Should I spend the $5 on wine? Or on a haircut? |
He decides on the haircut, and comes face-to-face with the blind man standing outside the barber shop. |
He feels sorry for the blind man and gives him a quarter he had been saving |
| The wino gets a haircut |
After the haircut the wino feels great and decides to give more money to the blind man |
| As he is about to put money into the blind mans cup an old woman accuses him of trying to steal the blind man's money. |
Confused, the wino runs off.. |
He ends up in the liquor store and buys many bottles of wine. |
| The wino drinks all of the wine and finds himself in a drunken stupor |
He then decides he will give all of his remaining money to the blind man |
He runs back to the barber shop to find the blind man |
| The wino sees what he thinks is the blind man, but in all of his drunken-ness ends up running face-first into the building |
People gather around to see the wino passed out on the sidewalk |
The wino stumbles off from the scene |
| At the same time the blind man is walking across the same parking lot |
And we see that he's not a blind man after all |
| The "blind man" gives a wink to the camera |
He then gets in his car and drives away |
| The wino, having seen the "blind man", ponders to himself about what he just saw unfold in front of him |
The next thing we see is the wino walking down the street as a "blind man" |
